  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login or access credentials if applicable.
     

3. Payment Terms

  • Payments are due as outlined in the service agreement or invoice.
     
  • We accept local and international payment methods as communicated during the order process.
     
  • Late payments may delay service delivery.
     

4. Refunds

Refunds are granted at the discretion of Quantum Byte as per our Refund Policy. Completed or fully delivered services are generally non-refundable.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All content, code, designs, and materials created by Quantum Byte remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.
     
  • Upon full payment, ownership or usage rights are transferred to the client as specified in the project agreement.

  • Services are delivered online via email, download link, or cloud access unless specified otherwise.
     
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on project complexity.
     

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Quantum Byte is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
     
  • We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy and reliability of our services but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
     

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential information shared during the project secure and not disclose it to third parties without written consent.

9. Termination

  • Either party may terminate a project with written notice.
     
  • Payments made for services already delivered or work in progress are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.
     

10. Changes to Terms

Quantum Byte may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Updates will be posted on our website with the revised effective date.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Multan courts.
